1. I want to purchase a jacket what will be the payment process?

    You can make the payment through PayPal or Credit Card. We use secured SSL checkout process.

2. If the size is not perfect what will I do?

    You can exchange within the 1 week after delivered. 

3. If I’m not comfortable with the default company size what will I do?

    You can order it by selecting the custom fit size.

4.  What time will it take to receive a jacket?

     This depends on where you are ordering.
     For example: if you are ordering from the local city you will receive it within a day or if you are living in other countries it will take approximately 7 to 10 days.

5.  What will I do if I receive a wrong or faulty jacket?

     You can get it exchanged without spending money. No extra charges, no delivery charges.

6. Can I know my order status?

    Yes, you can check the status of your order from our website user panel/ manage order section, also we update you on each status.

7.  What will the exact delivery charges?

    Free delivery in the UK, USA, Canada, and Australia. $10 to $20 dollars will be charged on other countries.

8.  If my favourite product is out of stock?

   We will take your order and will give you time when will we receive it if we failed we will not accept the order of the specific product.

9. What will be the highest amount of desired order can be placed at a time?

    You can place as many orders as you can.
